Welcome to the list of the 10 most inappropriate messages in kids shows. It is pretty well known that there are a lot of strange innuendos throughout children’s entertainment, but we’re willing to bet that there are at least a few on this list that you had no idea about. Read more below!
Number Ten: The Soap Joke in SpongeBob SquarePants Kids Shows
There are a lot of rumors surrounding SpongeBob SquarePants. Sometimes it’s about the sexual preferences of the characters, sometimes it’s about allusions to drug use. But in the episode where SpongeBob is pretending to be a pirate, there is a joke about prison rape. SpongeBob is acting as if his soap is gold, and as he hands it to Gary he says, “don’t drop them!” We all know what that means.
Number Nine: Lord Farquaad Gets Excited in Shrek
At one point in Shrek, Lord Farquaad (whose name may or may not be a play on f***kwad, by the way) demands to see an image of the princess in the mirror. When he does, he gets a little erection. It’s subtle, but it’s there, and Lord Farquaad pulls up the blanket to cover it.
Number Eight: Foot Size in Frozen
When Anna is talking to Kristoff in the huge hit Frozen about her future husband, he has a number of questions for her. One of them is about how big his feet are. Anna doesn’t know what this means. But we do.
Number Seven: Penguin Sex in Happy Feet
At one point in Happy Feet, two of the penguins slip and slide around after leaping out of the sea. Though they are not actually having sex – from what we can see – they end up in some very suggestive positions. Don’t know if penguins 69 and hit it from the back in the real world, but they certainly to in Happy Feet.
Number Six: Sugar Honey Iced Tea
