Rihanna Unleashes New Song on Dubsmash App

Rihanna has released her new song “Bitch Better Have My Money” (BBHMM) on the Dubsmash app. Dubsmash is an app where consumers can record videos of themselves lip-syncing to songs. Rihanna recently revealed that her upcoming album (R8), which will be executive-produced by Kanye West, has a lot of “big” records. “I’ve made a lot of songs that are just really, really big songs. From the jump, they just blow up,” the pop singer told MTV News. She added, “I wanted to kind of get back to, not that they weren’t real music, but I just wanted to focus on things that felt real, soulful, and forever.” Along with the new single, Rihanna released the possible artwork for her upcoming project. The artwork is sure to raise a few eyebrows.

In the recent months, the pop singer has released a few new singles including “FourFiveSeconds” (with Kanye West and Paul McCartney), “Towards the Sun,” and “American Oxygen.” “FourFiveSeconds” peaked at the top of the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart, and it also made an impact on Billboard’s Digital Songs Chart. “Towards the Sun” was another Number 1 effort from Rihanna. The record topped the Billboard + Twitter Trending 140 chart, after it sold over 24,000 digital downloads. The pop singer’s “American Oxygen,” is the theme song for the NCAA’s basketball tournament. The song can be heard throughout the March Madness games’ broadcasts, which will air on CBS, TNT, TBS, and truTV

Along with her music career, Rihanna continues to prove why she received the Fashion Icon award last year. Rihanna was recently named the new face of Christian Dior, becoming the first black woman to be the face of the fashion house. The pop singer will be a part of Dior’s Secret Garden campaign. Rihanna is also the Creative Director and chief consultant for Puma’s womenswear line, for which she will be working on their fitness and training apparel and shoes. Puma’s chief officer, Bjorn Gulden, said that signing Rihanna was a huge achievement for the shoe brand. The company feels the pop singer is the perfect person to represent Puma, because she is ambitious and an inspiration to women all around the world.
