Good news for Drake fans across America who missed the rapper’s performance at Coachella. He’s hitting the road for a tour of his own! Mere hours after performing his set during the first week of Coachella, during which he engaged in some very public loving with the eternally controversial Madonna, Canadian rapper Drake has announced that he will be hitting the roar for a tour. The tour, titled Jungle, is kicking off this summer and will be supported by fellow hit maker Future.

The Jungle tour is kicking off with a performance in Houston, Texas on May 24 and will run for six dates with stops in Detroit, Chicago, Montreal, and Toronto before coming to a close with his performance at the Governors Ball Music Festival in New York City on June 5. Prior to hitting the road Drake is expected to perform another set at the second week of the Coachella Music Festival. His second performance will take place on Sunday April 19, the last day of the event. Drake is also scheduled to perform at the UK’s Wireless Festival on July 3. Ending a summer of touring and exploring festivals across the globe Drake will finish up with yet another festival performance in August. This time he will be appearing alongside the likes of J.Cole, Big Sean, and others at the OVO fest, a three day Toronto festival taking place between August 1 and 3.

Drake’s Jungle tour and festival stops are in support of his most recent album If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late. The album is his fourth to be released following the release of his 2013 effort Northing Was the Same. His most recent effort has been hugely successful for the rapper. He topped the Canadian and American charts and experienced huge streaming on music streaming service Spotify. With more than 17.3 million spins, Drake beat a record set by himself by Nothing Was the Same in the album’s debut week. The album is currently one of the best selling of 2015, and it earned Drake the honor of being the first rapper to top the Billboard’s Artist 100 chart.

Earlier this year Drake released a short film titled Jungle, which featured songs from the album. It is possible that this has been inspirational for the rappers upcoming tour.
