Disclosure, Drake, the Strokes, Foo Fighters, the Weekend, and Florence + the Machine have all been announced as performers. Just like Coachella, the festival will be held on two weekends, October 2nd through the 4th and October 9th through the 11th. Tickets for the festival are on sale now on the Austin City Limits website. The Strokes, Deadmau5, Bassnectar, Hozier, A$AP Rocky, TV On the Radio, George Ezra, Echosmith, Kaleo, Of Monsters and Men, and Nate Ruess have also be named as performers at the music festival.
Along with the Austin City Limits music festival, Disclosure will also perform at the Parklife festival on June 6th in the United Kingdom, the Wild Life Festival also on June 6th in the United Kingdom, and Roskilde Festival Ground in Denmark on June 27th. Disclosure just released their new song entitled “Bang That” a few days ago. The duo has been performing the new song at several of their live shows, and it is expected to be on their new project. Disclosure confirmed they are working on a new album, although they didn’t reveal when they expect to release the project.
Disclosure‘s only studio album to date is their Settle project, which was dropped in 2013. Settle entered the UK Albums chart at Number 1, and it also reached the top spot on the US Dance/Electronic Albums chart. The album also charted in Belgium, Australia, Denmark, Ireland, France, Japan, and New Zealand. Six singles were dropped from the album including “Latch,” “White Noise,” “You & Me,” “F for You,” “Help Me Lose My Mind,” and “Voices.”
“Latch” featuring Sam Smith was the lead single, and it peaked at Number 7 on the Billboard Hot 100. It also impacted the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart (Number 1), Mainstream Top 40 (Number 3), R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay (Number 5), and the Adult Top 40 chart (Number 10). Settle’s fifth single, “Help Me Lose My Mind,” features London Grammar. The single peaked at Number 49 on the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart, and it also reached Number 56 on the UK Singles chart.
