AC/DC has ended their music streaming boycott, and now the band’s entire catalog is available to stream. Although the band was reluctant to do so, they joined iTunes three years ago. The band was concerned that listening to individual tracks (opposed to listening to the entire album), may have a damaging affect on the consumer’s listening experience. AC/DC has since made a smooth transition into the digital world, and their Rock or Bust project was the band’s first album that was available in digital format. The album has sold over 500,000 copies in the US, which has earned the band a Gold certified project. Fans (and potential fans) can now listen to the legendary band’s music on Spotify, Rdio, Rhapsody, and Apple Music.

AC/DC is one of the top-selling bands in music history. The iconic rockers have sold over 200 million albums worldwide, and over 70 million albums were sold in the US.
