We already brought you part one of our list of 15 things you probably did not know about American Eagle, and now we’re back with part two! Check out eight more fascinating facts about the popular apparel brand that you definitely (probably) did not know below. You might be surprised by what you find out!

Number Eight: Those In-Store Videos Are an Inside Joke. You might think that employees would kill to be featured in one of American Eagle’s videos they feature in-store, but the truth is that they make fun of the videos as much as you probably do.

Number Seven: You’ll Probably Be Walked in on if You Don’t Respond to That Knock. More than with other stores, if you don’t reply when an employee knocks on a fitting room door, they’ll probably go ahead and open it. So say something if someone knocks!

Number Six: They’re Beginning to Rival Victoria’s Secret. It’s true! AE has some really cute, really affordable lingerie and is actually beginning to drive business away from lingerie queen Victoria’s Secret. Check it out for yourself if you don’t believe us!

Number Five: They Have Locations All Over the World. You might think AE only has locations in America since the word “American” is in the brand’s name; however, that’s where you’d be wrong. AE has locations all over the world, including in Kuwait, Russia, and even Egypt!

Number Four: They Had a Children’s Clothing Store. The line was called 77kids, and there were several stores open. If you weren’t lucky enough to check it out, then it’s too late, because the brand eventually failed.

Number Three: They Are Endorsed by Some Major Celebrities. You might think American Eagle is a dying brand meant for tween girls, but they’re actually endorsed by some really famous people! Pretty Little Liars‘ Shay Mitchell endorsed AE in 2012, and Emma Roberts endorsed Aerie (their lingerie line) in 2015.

Number Two: They’ve Been Sued by Abercrombie & Fitch Three Times. AE and A&F are serious competitors, and they’ve got the lawsuits to prove it. Abercrombie has sued AE three times for having designs that they thought were too similar. Abercrombie lost every one of those three lawsuits.

Number One: You Might Know Their Number One Fan. Ever heard of Selena Gomez? We thought so. The starlet has been spotted in AE on several occasions, and while she has never been paid to endorse the brand (that we know of), she is often seen wearing the brand’s clothing. We hope you enjoyed our list of 15 things you didn’t know about American Eagle!
