You’re Probably Drinking Coffee at the Wrong Time

Most of us wake up in the morning not only craving, but hanging on for dear life to the idea that coffee is just a few minutes away. Some of us might even be lucky enough to wire our alarm clocks to our coffee machines – genius, right? Maybe not. According to this video, having coffee at a certain time in the morning will actually inhibit the effects caffeine has on your body and diminish the natural high you get from cortisol. Cortisol is a stress hormone your body releases at certain times during the day, and it also acts as a stimulant.
