Number Fifteen: Bar Refaeli’s Strange Facials
The model once tried a $1,500 ‘vampire facelift’, which consists of injecting the petient’s own blood on their face to stimulate collagen production. She shared a photo of her bloody face on Instagram, following in Kim Kardashian’s footsteps. In addition to that, she regularly gets a very expensive liquid gold facial treatment as well.
Number Fourteen: She Has Been Banned in Israel a Few Times
The Israeli model has had a few issues in her home country. She once filmed an ad that was banned from airing on television, because she appeared in bed with a famous national Muppet. On another occasion, a billboard ad was taken down because she was semi-nude in it.
Number Thirteen: First Israeli on Sports Illustrated
Refaeli was the first Israeli model to cover the Sport’s Illustrated Swimsuit issue, in 2009. Prior to that, she had already appeared in the magazine, alongside Aerosmith, in 2007.

Bar Refaeli enjoys cooking when she’s home, and she loves eating hamburgers and French fries—her guilty pleasure. However, cooking in front of others makes her nervous, and tries to avoid doing that.

Bar Refaeli worked with Sports Illustrated and Southwest Airlines to have a huge picture of her covering the entirety of a commercial Boeing 737.
