Hot on the heels of his single, “Mama A’int Proud” featuring 2 Chainz, Guy Sebastian has revealed the release date and cover artwork of his upcoming eighth studio album. Titled Madness, the album drops on November 21, and will have 13 tracks all up, including hit singles, “Like A Drum,” and “Come Home With Me.”

Releasing Madness just in time for the holiday season, the album is also a precursor to the songwriter’s first full scale arena tour in 2015. Returning to the X Factor Australia for a guest performance of his latest single, Sebastian shared his excitement about the tour saying, “I’ve always dreamt of going to a huge venue where I… pretty much have no limitations.” The 6-show tour will come to venues like Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne and the singer promises fans, “We’re going big.”

32-year-old Sebastian has cemented his place in the Australian music scene over the past decade with two ARIA awards, two number one albums, and six number one singles to his name. Known for his afro and soulful vocals, when he won Australian Idol in 2003, his début single “Angels Brought Me Here” made ARIA chart history and was the fastest selling Australian single in the charts’ existence. While Sebastian’s upcoming Madness tour is his largest to date, the singer has previously toured the country numerous times and established himself as an upcoming talent in the USA.  Working with some of the most renowned singer/songwriters in the business, Sebastian has released duets with the likes of Lupe Fiasco, opened for Taylor Swift on the Australian leg of her Red Tour, and has even worked with John Mayer.

Now promoting “Mama A’int Proud” around Australia, Sebastian placed himself high on the Aussie iTunes charts, joining the ranks of The Script, Taylor Swift, Jessica Mauboy, Ed Sheeran and Ollie Murs. You can catch him on the Madness tour in 2015, beginning on February 12 at the WIN Entertainment Centre, Wollongong, before it hits The Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane on February 14; The Qantas Credit Union Arena, Sydney on February 18; Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne on February 25; and the Perth Arena, Perth on February 28.
