We already brought you part one of our list of 15 things you probably did not know about Snoop Dogg, and now we’re back with part two! Check out eight more fascinating facts about the rapper and entrepreneur that you definitely (probably) did not know below. You might be surprised by what you find out!

Number Eight: He Has Done Some Acting. Snoop has encouraged in hit shows such as Entourage, One Life to Live, King of the Hill, Monk, and – surprise – Weeds.

Number Seven: Fame Runs in His Blood. Snoop is actually cousins with Ray J, Nate Dogg, and Brandy Norwood! We bet those family reunions are fun.

Number Six: He Is Not Afraid of Confrontation. Snoop is very adamant about speaking his mind, and he has gotten involved in several public feuds because of it. When Dr. Dre began working with newcomer (at the time) Eminem, Snoop insulted him with his song “2 Minute Warning.” He also insulted Iggy Azalea via Instagram. However, he later apologized.

Number Five: He Has Been Arrested Several Times. It’s no secret that Snoop is a big fan of marijuana, and his public love of the drug has gotten him in some trouble with the law. He has been arrested in more than one country for possession of drugs, including marijuana and cocaine.

Number Four: He Was Briefly Banned in Australia. In 2007, Snoop was banned from Australia based on “character grounds.” However, whoever it was that decided to ban him lifted the ban in 2008.

Number Three: He Is Very Smart. Snoop allegedly has an IQ of 147, which is quite impressive, considering the average IQ is 100. This would technically qualify him as a genius.

Number Two: He Is Vaguely Political. Though Snoop has publicly prided himself on being active in the political community, he does not align himself with a particular party. In 2012, Snoop endorsed Ron Paul; however, he ended up voting for Obama.

Number One: He Tried to Stop Smoking in 2002. Marijuana, that is. Unsurprisingly, his efforts were all a waste, and he now admits to smoking up to 80 blunts a day, although we’re not sure how that is even physically possible.
