Marion “Suge” Knight told a judge in Los Angeles court on Monday that he has fired his lawyers. The former Death Row Records CEO also revealed he is not receiving adequate medical treatment in jail, and he is going blind. “Since I’ve been here, I have lost about 30 lbs. I can’t really see. I can’t really comprehend what’s going on,” Knight told the judge (via the Los Angeles Times). According to the NBC Bay Area, Knight has completely lost vision in one eye, and he only has fifteen percent vision in his other eye.

Judge James Brandin of the Superior Court, transferred Knight’s case to judge Ronald S. Cohen. Before his case was called, the rap mogul was taken to the hospital again. This marks the third time Knight had been removed from court, and rushed to the hospital. In the past, Knight claimed he was suffering from severe stomach pains, which is the result of being shot in his abdomen last year. The mogul has also complained of chest pains as well. It is unknown who will represent Knight, now that he has fired the law firm of David Kenner.

Knight has been charged with murder, attempted premeditated murder, hit-and-run resulting in death, and hit-and-run resulting in injury. He has pled not guilty to all of the charges. It has been reported that the mogul visited the set of the NWA biopic, in order to confront Dr. Dre about how he was being portrayed in the film. While he was on the set, Knight got into an argument with two men, Cle Sloan and Terry Carter. An altercation ensued, and the mogul ran over Sloan and Carter with his truck.

Carter died as a result of his injuries, and Sloan was severely injured. According to his attorney, Sloan has suffered severe head trauma, and he may not be able to walk again because of his mangled foot. Sloan is a filmmaker and actor from Los Angeles, who has appeared in films such as The Replacement Killers, Tears of the Sun, Brooklyn’s Finest, Street Kings, and Training Day. The actor is also fearful that he may never work in Hollywood again, following his altercation with Suge Knight.
